We appreciate the market can be a complex labyrinth to manoeuvre and made even trickier when confidentiality is critical. We operate under a commitment to complete discretion before, during, and after each assignment is completed.

TRANSPARENCY

We understand the sensitivity of all the information that is shared with us. You deserve to know what we’re saying on your behalf, and more importantly, have total control over what we’re saying about you in the market. Communication is key and we pride ourselves in maintaining this in every step of the mandates we take on.

EFFICIENCY

The projects we have completed are either time-sensitive or business-critical. In both scenarios, time is the most critical factor. A large majority of plans that fall through can largely be due to time - too fast, too slow, not the right time, etc. You need a team that understands this and and is able to read between the lines. 

OUR FOUNDER

Shan began his career in legal search in 2009 initially specialising in in-house legal mandates across a broad spectrum of sectors including banking, technology, insurance, retail, oil & gas, renewables, etc. After two years, he made the decision to work solely with private practice law firms in order to gain a more in-depth understanding of the legal sector. During the past decade, he has completed an impressive roster of contingent and retained searches ranging from Partner, Counsel, Associate, and Team hires with a variety of law firms headquartered in the US, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, PRC, and Australia as well as a number of offshore jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands, BVI, and Bermuda. In 2020, he made the decision to expand his remit to cover private practice as well as in-house legal roles in order to better service his contacts through the entirety of their legal careers.
